Use of Language Technologies in Community and Public Service interpreting. Session 1: Use of chatbots to create dialogs (worksheet)

This material was developed as part of the CILT-project (Use and potential of language technologies) to encourage community interpreter (trainees) to test these tools for themselves and to reflect on the output quality, as well as their effect on their interpretation to find out what works (and what does not) for their working languages. The course was structured in four session focusing on different topics (creation of practice material, compilation of glossaries, looking up words and using automatic speech transcription). The material includes the presentation slides and worksheets for each topic. This project was supported by the Swiss National Science Foundation under the grant no. IZSEZ0_226884.
