English: The following table lists possibilities to prompt students and help them engage in a productive discussion. Your goal is to act as a facilitator, rather than an expert for a domain. To do so, you should prompt your students with questions and statements that aim at keeping the interaction and knowledge construction going. Avoid (as much as possible) to provide students with content information since this leaves only little space for them to engage in knowledge co-construction. However, there will be situations in which you will have to guide your students. You will find examples for that at the end of the table.
