Offshore Drilling and the Culture of Risk - Teacher version

This exercise explores the complexity of risk-taking and ethical choices by looking at the dangers involved in a resource humans rely on heavily and asking what level of danger is acceptable for our everyday conveniences to remain available. The focus of this exercise is on “the problem of many hands” and how we can take responsibility for choices that are often made by ambiguous consensus.
