El desarrollo emocional y psicomotricidad en educación infantil : un enfoque basado en los ambientes de aprendizaje

This Final Degree Project (TFG) aims to analyse the conclusions of those articles that explore the relationship between emotional development and psychomotor skills in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. In addition, it delves into how these elements contribute to the integral development of students. To this end, a bibliographic review is presented in which studies have been analyzed that highlight the importance of psychomotor development in this educational stage and its influence on children's cognitive, social and emotional capacities. Through database searches, works that meet rigorous inclusion criteria have been selected, focusing on the relationship between these elements. The results indicate that the integral development of students is favored by the implementation of active psychomotor strategies in Early Childhood Education and highlight the role of psychomotor skills.
Likewise, the relevance of designing adequate learning environments that stimulate movement and emotional expression is highlighted.
It is concluded that, although there are theoretical and practical proposals, it is necessary to continue researching and training teachers in this area. Psychomotor skills in Early Childhood Education are essential to optimize the teaching-learning process and enhance child development.
