OVERVIEW:

You will see how issues like air pollution affect citizens' daily lives and how successful policies contribute to sustainability. With a high rate of urbanization, Chinese cities have resorted to using the Sponge City concept to successfully manage water. To deepen your knowledge, you can learn about other shocks and stresses facing Chinese cities in resilience trend reports. Finally, you can bring your knowledge into practice by diving into the game “Creators of Shanghai” which has been developed by TU Delft students.
