A role play exercise concerning the political and social discussions around irregularities in the transport of cattle. The case got moving by a whistle blower from the Department of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality in the Netherlands. The discussion gradually turned into a political debate on inspection versus self-regulation in the sector.
